2019 Chef Invitational Finalists
Our spring inspired brunch buffet thoughtfully prepared by Chef Cal Stamenov and his culinary team will feature local organic vegetables, naturally raised meats, sushi and seafood bar, classic cheeses, tasty desserts and traditional brunch favorites. Accented by a classical harpist, the atmosphere will provide mothers with more than just relaxation as it is designed to pamper the entire family with an afternoon of world-class service and cuisine.

After eight years cooking in San Francisco with the likes of Dominique Crenn and Michael Tusk, Klaus Georis is coming home to start a series of weekly Pop Up dinners in Carmel Valley called La Carte Blanche. The first one will be on May 1st, with two seatings of 25 lucky diners at 6:15 and 8:00 pm. Georis will prepare four luxurious courses, with beverage pairings available for an additional charge.
