Foraging Dinner, The Covey at Quail Lodge
Join Quail’s executive chef Brian Kearns for an fun springtime experience beginning at 4:00 pm with a search for fresh herbs and earthly delights from the property’s own gardens.
After the foraging walk, there is time to freshen up, enjoy cocktails or wine, and then sit down. Kearns and his culinary team will serve a four-course dinner using the same ingredients found in the wild: spring herb salad, stinging nettle cavatelli, lamb loin with rosemary and lemon posset for dessert.
Casual Attire Recommended for Foraging. Reception and Opportunity to Freshen Up at 5:00pm. First Course Served at 5:30pm.
